Gifted Education
An enormous challenge and responsibility for any school is to cater for the diverse needs of its gifted students. Here at the College as soon a child is recognised as being gifted, or a parent reports a child is gifted, steps are put in place to ascertain the nature and quality of the child’s gifts, be they be academic, cultural, artistic or in the arena of sport.

On the Primary site, the Gifted Education Coordinator and support staff will work in partnership with teachers to deliver extension  programs to cater for the needs of those students.  Some specialist areas are, Scientific Research and Mentoring and specialised Gifted students programs. Gifted students will experience a differentiated curriculum across targeted areas to cater for their needs.
