St Columba College is located in Andrews Farm in Adelaide's northern suburbs. Andrews Farm itself is a relatively new suburb adjacent to Smithfield, Munno Para and Angle Vale in the City of Playford.

The College itself is situated across two campuses, both on President Avenue at Andrews Farm.
