Absentee Line
|
In maintaining our high standards of student welfare parents and carers are requested to report a student’s absence on the day they are away. This is important for the well being and possible safety of the student.
All absentees are recorded by class teachers at morning pastoral care. If the College has not been notified of a student’s absence then parents are contacted that morning by telephone to ascertain the reason for the absence. Letting the College know before hand goes a long way to making this process more effective.
In support of College’s absentee policy, parents and carers are requested to phone the absentee line 8254 0636 or
email ina.evans@stcolumba.com.au to inform the College.
Please state reason why student is absent.
